Return Process

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package to our Kansas City factory using a traceable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund minus shipping costs.
